About McElyea

We are Dave & Linda and are a Small Hobby Breeder of Brown spotted and Seal Mink Bengals.We are based In Inverness Scotland. We aqquired our first Bengals in 2007 and wouldnt do without these very affectionate and fun loving cats.

Our aim is to breed very high quality Bengal cats that are Family friendly and fun to own, Our cats live in the house with us so are used to children, dogs, getting lots of attention and playing.

So far we have been to a few cat shows where all three are doing very well and bringing home lots of 1st, 2nd, 3rd`s and Best of Breeds, and Mieko the youngest at 6 months excelled with a Nominated for Best in Show.

McElyea comes from Linda`s family ancestory traced back to Ireland in the 1700s.

And a special mention for Pauline and Frank at Gayzette Bengals who we can`t thank enough for their help and fantastic support.
